Community Action Placement Project

We are an educational leadership organization for young women (ages 14-18) in New York City public high schools. As part of our Community Action Placement (CAP) program, which is a service-learning internship program, Nashers work for an organization for a few hours a week. CAP provides an opportunity for young women to continue to develop their leadership in a meaningful work environment during the school year after participating in Sadie Nash Leadership Project's Summer Institute.

Youth Advisory Council

SNLP is starting a Youth Advisory Council to make sure Nashers are involved in leadership and decision-making at Sadie Nash. This is for anyone who enjoys working on committees, talking to peers on important issues and sharing creative ideas.

The next meeting is on Saturday, March 3rd from 12 - 2 at the SNLP office.

Please email LeeAnn at leeann@sadienash.org if you are interested.
Question for the Group: What do you think about the idea of a Youth Advisory Council?
